2025 Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale Terms & Conditions

Fulcrum Suspensions Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale (“Promotion”) runs from 12:00 AM AEST on 3 November 2025 to 11:59 PM AEST on 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Fulcrum Suspensions reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

Eligibility

·       The Promotion is open to all retail customers purchasing through Fulcrum Suspensions’ online store (www.fulcrumsuspensions.com.au) during the Promotion Period.

·       The Promotion is not available to wholesale, trade, or dealer accounts.

·       Discounts apply only to eligible items at the time of purchase.

·       Standard Fulcrum Suspensions shipping, returns, and warranty policies apply unless otherwise stated.

During the Promotion Period, customers are eligible to receive discounts as follows:

Fulcrum Suspensions reserves the right to add or remove exclusions during the Promotion Period.

 

GVM Upgrades

·       GVM Upgrade ‘Item + Install Price’ shown during the Promotion already includes the applicable 5% discount on the GVM Upgrade kit.

·       Due to compliance requirements, the overall discounted total for the GVM Upgrade product will not display as a single “price slashed” amount in checkout but is factored into the total package price.

 

Click & Fit Purchases

If the Click & Fit installation service is selected at checkout:

·       The total cart value will reflect the applicable discount on eligible items (excluding the excluded products).

·       Installation labour charges and excluded parts are not eligible for additional discounts.

·       Standard Click & Fit terms and booking conditions apply.

 

Selected Excess Stock (40% Off)

·       Items discounted at 40% off are limited to over 900 selected excess stocked SKUs.

·       These discounts apply only while stocks last or up until the promotion end date and are not guaranteed to be restocked during the Promotion Period.

 

Pricing & Availability

·       Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for eligible items.

·       All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

·       Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

·       Backorders may be issued on out-of-stock items during the Promotion.

 

Combination with Other Offers

This Promotion:

·       Cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotional offers, loyalty rewards, or financing incentives unless explicitly stated.

·       Excludes trade quotes, wholesale orders, and prior purchases.

·       Is valid only for purchases made directly through Fulcrum Suspensions’ online store during the Promotion Period.

 

Returns & Exchanges

·       Returns will be accepted in accordance with Fulcrum Suspensions’ standard returns policy.

·       Refunds or exchanges will reflect the amount actually paid after discounts, not the full retail value.

 

Errors & Omissions

Fulcrum Suspensions reserves the right to:

·       Correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or technical malfunctions at any time; and

·       Cancel or refuse any orders placed under incorrect pricing or product availability.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Suspensions and its affiliates are not liable for:

·       Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Promotion;

·       Any issues caused by third-party payment processors or shipping carriers.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
