All Fulcrum lift kits are covered by a 12 month / 20,000km standard warranty. Depending on the brand you purchased you have the ability to upgrade your warranty. Just activate your warranty by filling in the below form. 

• Formula 4x4 Lift Kits - 5 Year / Unlimited Kilometre Warranty
• Bilstein Lift Kits - 3 Year / 60,000km Kilometre Warranty
• RAW 4x4 Lift Kits - 3 Year / 60,000km Kilometre Warranty
• FOX Lift Kits - 1 Year / Limited Kilometre Warranty

Note: The FOX 1 Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase, applicable to the original owner. Regular maintenance and service intervals as well as operation under normal conditions are required to maintain warranty coverage.

All Fulcrum lift kits are shipped with a set of lift kit fitting instructions. It is vital that you fill in the first page of those instructions and keep a copy in your vehicle. The instruction sheets will help you understand how to record before height and after height measurements, which are a required for our lift kit warranty activation.

It is expected that the owner of the vehicle completes the warranty activation. You should complete the warranty activation as soon as your lift kit is installed. If you do not activate your warranty within the 12-month standard warranty period, you will not receive any additional warranty upgrades such as the free 5 year / unlimited kilometre for Formula 4x4.

• Our lift kits are designed and tested for Australian delivered vehicles/models.
• Your warranty will be voided if additional modifications to the kit or chassis are made.
• Warranties are only applicable for the orginal purchaser and are not transferable. 
• Extended warranties are only applicable if activated on or up to a month after the orginal purchase is made.
