Fulcrum Suspensions has been designing suspension systems for over 40 years with an extensive documented history of long term field testing on all their ranges. The knowledge this library of field test results gives to the company has allowed Fulcrum to refine and, in some cases, redefine the development process to ensure only the best products are hitting the shelves. The extensive step by step process for all product development with Fulcrum begins with an initial evaluation of the product, the settings of the product are then changed at the research and development facility to suit the needs of the application and then an initial road test is undertaken. If the process needs to be revisited at this stage it will be, otherwise the long-term field testing takes place with some products fitted to test vehicles for up to and, in some cases, over a year to, gather relevant data to ensure the best outcomes for all vehicle applications.

All Formula Suspension Parts are covered by a 3 Year 60000km Warranty. This means that if a Formula Product fails, it will be replaced free of charge.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given by the warranties set out below are in addition to other rights and remedies under Australian law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranties relate.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of the originally supplied Formula component. This warranty does not include off-road and motorsport applications. This Warranty does not cover the labour costs of removal/replacement nor any consequential damage, where this limitation is permitted by local law.
We believe that everyone should have access to aftermarket suspension. Especially in today’s age when everything is so readily accessible. When designing our new shocks and suspension we kept this in mind. Making sure to engineer the best shock absorbers at an affordable price, while at the same time not losing any quality.

Covering you for 60,00km, if something happens while you’re off road no sweat we will replace it. If someone happens while racing on the road, no worries we will replace it.
