SuperPro makes bushing installation easy with our Press Tool Kit.
Every so often, along comes a new tool or gadget that makes you think about the way things are done in your workshop. The SuperPro Press Tool Kit is one of those tools.
Most old and new suspension bushings are pressed in and out with old bearing shells, sockets or just anything you can find. This creates a safety issue, given that heat treated steel will shatter under stress. The assortment of sleeves that make up the SuperPro Press Tool Kit are made from mild steel to allow distortion or crush when over-pressed.
Our SuperPro team has designed a set of workshop tools to make life easier in your workshop. These tools provide an easy way to install and remove SuperPro polyurethane bushings and aid in other workshop pressing requirements.
The SuperPro PRESSKIT1 contains a specialized tool for pressing bushings in and out. This Kit provides a safe, effective ad easy way to remove old bushes and install SuperPro bushings. This Kit will also provide a safer option for other workshop pressing requirements.
The SuperPro PRESSTOOL1 Kit is a new addition that is designed to negate the need for plates or other improvised bits and pieces, and to fit perfectly into the press dies of PRESSKIT1.
This Press Tool Kit features:
18 mild steel sleeves
Sizes from 18mm to 113mm OD, in 5mm increments
Easily machined to suit specific jobs
Sleeves are individually numbered for single replacement
The PRESSKIT2 is the complete package, including both PRESSTOOL1 and PRESSKIT1 to make any press job easy and safe. This SuperPro Press Kit provides a safe, effective, and easy way to remove old bushes and install SuperPro bushings. This kit will also provide a safer option for other workshop pressing requirements.
The SuperPro wheel stud tool kit was designed for re-installing the wheels on vehicles with wheel bolts. Anyone that has put wheels back on a vehicle with wheel bolts, particularly ones with heavy wheels or chunky tyres, knows how much of a juggling act this can be. It's a daily issue for anyone working with tyres and suspension and so we decided to design a tool to make the process much easier and quicker.
Our tool has both wheel lug thread sizes for these types of vehicles, predominantly Euro.
Simply screw in the stud tool, slot the easy-guide tapered end into the wheel bolt hole, your wheel is now aligned so you can screw in the remaining bolts. Simple as that!
