SuperPro has designed a unique range of sway bars (anti-roll bars) that incorporate special features, premium material and advanced design to give an outstanding product.
For sharper steering, better handling and more grip in all driving situations
Your every day car can easily be enhanced with a SuperPro sway bar, introducing sharper steering and less body roll. Giving you more control over your driving experience, making it safer for both you and your passengers.
SuperPro sway bars are superior because of their three step powered coating process, all SuperPro sway bars come with lock rings, all sway bars include advanced superpro bushings for easy installation. The bushings used for fitment are designed to match OE sizes, meaning you can reuse the OE brackets.
Designed for easy installation, you can unbolt and bolt in your SuperPro sway bar upgrade. The true benefit behind a SuperPro sway bar is the engineering and development.
Engineered to outperform. SuperPro has a large range of aftermarket 4x4 sway bars that have been in the global market for many years. Made in Brisbane Australia, incorporating years of engineering experience, development time and testing. We can safely say SuperPro 4x4 sway bars are the best. SuperPro's Heavy duty 4WD sway bars, offer increased grip, better handling and a more precise driving experience on and off road.
Dual cab utes such as the Toyota Hilux and Triton, do not come with sway bars from factory. As the OE manufactures did not intend for their vehicles to be used how they are currently. SuperPro saw that based on how these vehicles were being utilised, often towing or carrying heavy constant loads, due to the increased capability a lift kit upgrade offered. Caused poor turning capability, alignment issues and less tyre grip in both off road and on road conditions.
SuperPro recognised that a sway bar was required to solve these alignment and safety issues. Adding SuperPro sway bar to the rear dramatically transformed the dual cab Ute range from a utility vehicle to a safe and well rounded driving platform.
SuperPro's performance sway bar range is used across many track and hobbyist vehicles.
SuperPro performance sway bars are designed and manufactured to increase the rate over the OE sway bar, changing the handling characteristics of the vehicle. Increasing grip and handling performance of the vehicle. OE manufactures mass produce sway bars which are self-correcting. For example, if you go fast around a corner an OE sway bar will start self-correcting due to flex giving your vehicle a wider turn.
You can find SuperPro's range of innovative sway bars at over 1000 dealers across the globe or better yet, give us a call on 1800 385 278 to organise your next sway bar kit!
SuperPro Sway Bar Engineering & Manufacturing
SuperPro has two methods for manufacturing sway bars, one method is to bend sway bars using precision CNC machines. The other method is meant for custom sway bar kits, which are hand bent by a team of product engineers.
The main method SuperPro utilises is CNC bending as this offers SuperPro greater consistency and speed. The degree of bends and length of bends is all programed into the machine, offering precise production and sway bar outcome.
Because SuperPro use high quality spring steel there is a bit of dark art behind bending the material. As whatever bend you make the bar will spring back, wanting to return to its original state. The SuperPro engineering team have worked out exactly how to counter this issue for each bend, giving an extremely accurate sway bar design. Offering greater performance to vehicles that use SuperPro sway bars.
SuperPro 4WD sway bar Kits are Made from reinforced Australian spring steel.
SuperPro Performance sway bar kits are made from performance spring steel.
SuperPro custom sway bar Kits are hand bent for custom applications, that do not warrant mass production.
Setting Adjustment on Arms
SuperPro adjustable sway bars have their adjustment determined based on vehicle application. The precising stamping tools and dies used to set the adjustment holes at the end of the sway bars, which have all been developed by the SuperPro engineering team.
Sand Blasted & Powder Coated
All SuperPro sway bars go through a three step powder coating process. The initial stage of sand blasting is the primer which offers an anti-rust layer and removes any impurities. The second step is to do an initial powder coat of the sway bar. This will help with the final stage of powder coating but also helps adhere the anti-rust material previously applied. The final step is to powder coat the SuperPro sway bars in a blue coating and then put them in an oven to bake. This allows for the signature SuperPro chrome blue finish and increased protection, offering over 1mm of powder coating.

The company is focused on quality, service and innovation and has an enviable reputation in its core markets.
Why use sway bars, stabilizer bars or anti-roll bars?
There are many reasons, however the prime reason a bar is fitted is to maintain maximum tyre contact with the road. Suspension systems are designed to vary the angle of the wheel and contact patch as a vehicle travels along the road. The optimum contact patch is achieved with the wheel in the vertical position. Braking, body roll, body yaw, squat and dive all cause the shift in contact patch.
SuperPros superior manufacturing and technological expertise ensures better car performance and safety when cornering. SuperPro sway bars ensure that the load is distributed evenly over your tyres delivering longer tyre life and a better grip leading to a more comfortable driving experience.
Types of SuperPro Sway Bars
Adjustable sway bars
Adjustable sway bars put you in control of the rigidity of the bars by allowing you to adjust the length of the arms. The adjustable sway bars come 2, 3 or 4 points of adjustment providing numerous stiffness options. These sway bars reduce the need to replace the entire sway bar.
Hollow sway bars
SuperPro has specially designed hollow sway bars which are up to 30% lighter than traditional bars and are made from race spec chromoloy. These progressive roll control bars provide reduced weight and better fuel efficiency.
30% Lighter lower unsprung weight*
Unique progressive design
Why offer an option of tubular sway bars?
For the last decade manufacturers have focused a great deal on reducing vehicle mass to decrease fuel consumption, which has led to the research into more effective lightweight metals. This has resulted in hollow sway bars, that through careful selection of choice of materials, facilitates progressive performance characteristics for even more sophisticated tuning and suspension setups.
How is a sway bar stiffened?
A sway bar operates in a cross sectional plane offering torsional resistance to twist. Simply making a sway bar thicker makes the torsional resistance greater and therefore the sway bar becomes stiffer. Tubular material works just like a solid bar using material cross section torsional resistance. With a tubular sway bar design, sway bar rate or resistance can be adjusted by changing both the outside diameter and wall thickness.
